I’ve been going to Richter’s Service for many years and it’s a good quality service at a fair price. That’s why I keep going back.

They are reliable and take people pretty fast, making appointments right away if there’s an emergency.

They’re honest. They always give me options. If there is a problem, I bring it back and they fix it. They will do any repairs and if they think they can’t do it they will tell you.

The repairs were made as expected. We discussed what I needed and it was done as expected at a reasonable cost. It was the second time I’ve taken my car there and I get better service there than at the dealership.

Always excellent service !!!

They do a good job and they’re quick about it. The bill they give you says what they did. They break it down for you. They are pleasant to deal with.

I think they’re good at repairing. They’re honest and more or less reasonably priced. Usually when they repair something you don’t need to go back.

I’ve had no problems with their service so far. It’s just good service. They took care of everything that was wrong with the car and they were very friendly.
