Chris at Richter’s took my car in, analyzed the problem and got it back to me all in the same day! Their service is excellent and I feel that Chris cares about my car. Price wise, I had received a higher price at a national auto service chain. Highly recommend Chris and Richter’s.

Not only are they professional, but they also are clean and they give you an estimate. They give you a family feel when you come in. Accurate estimates. They tell you before they do the work.

They do a very good job and they manage to get everything repaired. They have great service. It’s not just about the repair. There’s times if I’m stuck when they’ll pick it up and drop it off. It’s just a long relationship.

We’ve always gotten very good service and the owner is a very nice man. He’s never steered us in the wrong way. He’s always been honest. He tells the truth about what needs to be fixed and what doesn’t need to be fixed. They’re courteous. Their prices are reasonable. You know what you’re going to spend before you spend it. They tell you everything upfront. They don’t add any work. I have left my car up there before, and they tell you what the diagnostic problem is. Extremely honest.

There is not enough that I could say. I think that Richter is a wonderful man. I’m a single mom and I feel safe bringing my car there. I feel safe bringing my car home. They’re great mechanics and no matter what, I can pull in there if I have a light and I don’t know what it means and they will stop what they’re doing and help me.

They’re great. I’ll go up there and the battery will be dead. They’ll come pick up my car, jump it, take it there, and charge the battery. It’s great. They’re helpful. They’re always there and they always seem to know what’s wrong with the car.
