They are professional. I trust in them. They are excellent.

Car was towed there. Needed a place close to work and the towing company recommended it. I believe I spoke with Chris who was at the front desk. VERY helpful and explained things well. He was able to find the part my car needed by making several phone calls.

Great Service,… Had car die on me over night and needed a tow, insurance company towed to Richter, Part ordered and repaired in 1 day but had no problem holding on to car til the following afternoon when i had time to grab it. Turns out this whole ordeal killed my battery and when he looked at it he noticed it was the wrong battery for my car. so instead of just giving me a jump and sending me on my way like many places would he had a spare battery ( of the proper size) he gave me at no charge. This all happened after i had already paid.. Cant recompensed these guys enough. Abosulutly great service

Thank you Richter’s for being that neighborhood repair shop that is so welcoming and friendly. You can tell that your safety is their number one priority with every bolt tightness and with every seat belt unjamming. Thanks a million. My go to guys!
