Richter’s gave me a superior experience. Chris was responsive, informational and friendly/courteous. I had a turn around time of about six hours at a reasonable price. They had a potential opportunity to over charge and misinform me, because I had already verbally agreed to the initial quote to repair two things. Instead, their due diligence and honesty informed me of a recall I wasn’t aware of, so every penny I paid them was worth it, the rest goes to the dealership free of charge. All of those things combined with the convenience/proximity make Richter’s a win-win scenario. Thanks!

You can tell a lot about a business by the greeting you get at the front desk. At Richter’s it is pleasant, informative, helpful and professional… all delivered by Chris. Each of my visits has been very satisfying. When you take your car in, the work, price and time are all stated. Chris, will call if anything else comes up. There are no surprises here – just honesty and pride in good workmanship.

Although the team was very busy with recently towed in vehicles, they were still able to complete my service in a timely and effective manner.
