Workmanship has been spot-on, and they accommodate you as quickly as possible. Fixed a leaky coolant problem, and months later cured my non-functioning air conditioner. May not be the least-expensive shop, but for all-round performance, Richter’s is hard to beat!

I am from the Boston Area and was visiting when my check engine light went on. Having a long ride home I wanted to feel safe with the car. I called the local Volvo dealer and they couldn’t see me for several days. I found Richters on line. The gentleman who answered, I believe his name was Chris, was very personable and told me he could get me in he next morning. The service was perfect and the price was right. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in again on future visits. Highly recommended.

Richter’s is very easy to work with and are as honest as they come. Could be any more convenient since they are right near a bus stop, so I can drop-off and pick-up very easily. Wouldn’t go any where else.
