Chris did a great job on my 2001 Volvo. He thought that I needed a new motor for my broken driver window & I had agreed to pay the cost. But, turned out to be a loose connection. I appreciate his honesty. His routine service includes checking the air in all tires including the spare. I think that is great! Last year, when I got a flat, my spare was also flat, because it had no air.
