This was my first visit to Richter's to have a car repaired. I always serviced my car at the dealership but had a bad last experience there, so I tried Richter's. Found them to be honest and open about the situation and even worked with me when they had to replace more parts than they anticipated. Good communication meant I could make a good decision about the repair. I will definitely be back for future service.
