When it stalled out, I was going to have my 2001 Saturn towed to the Chevy dealer as always but the AAA woman mentioned Richter’s was only 1.5 miles from me and AAA-certified w/a 10% discount. After googling them, I decided to try them and am so happy I did! Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Steve, the mechanic, called me every day to tell me what was happening. He even kept my car an extra day to reassure me it was ok. He wasn’t rushed and explained things to me. He didn’t make me feel Stupid because I don’t know the inner workings of cars. I thought their price was very fair. I’ve already recommended them to two friends. I will definitely go back to Richter’s the next time my car needs work. So much better than dealing with a busy dealership or large chain like a Maavis or Pep Boys-type place. Richter’s is smaller and much more personal - a neighborhood place. I would highly recommend them.

Great service at a fair price, using Richter"s since 2002!

I came in without an appointment and with two bad tires. Richter's went out of their way to get the tires I needed at a good price and to install them in time that I would not have to drive home on unsafe tires. Their price was the same as a "discount tire" store but their service and caring was off the charts.
