I am from the Boston Area and was visiting when my check engine light went on. Having a long ride home I wanted to feel safe with the car. I called the local Volvo dealer and they couldn’t see me for several days. I found Richters on line. The gentleman who answered, I believe his name was Chris, was very personable and told me he could get me in he next morning. The service was perfect and the price was right. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in again on future visits. Highly recommended.

Workmanship has been spot-on, and they accommodate you as quickly as possible. Fixed a leaky coolant problem, and months later cured my non-functioning air conditioner. May not be the least-expensive shop, but for all-round performance, Richter’s is hard to beat!

Car feels great and although I’ve not been on a highway yet, no longer feel the vibration in the pedal when braking. Car was delivered on time as promised and service history was available when I asked questions about it.

Richter's is very easy to work with and are as honest as they come. Could be any more convenient since they are right near a bus stop, so I can drop-off and pick-up very easily. Wouldn't go any where else.
