I discovered on Sunday that I had a totally flat (run-flat) tire and needed to have it repaired before 4:00 pm. I showed up at 8:15 am and told Richter's. And by the way, could they do an oil change, too? Turned out, I needed all four (nearly bald) tires replaced. The work was all done by 2:00 pm. And they got me a good deal on the tires. That's good service in my book!

Chris did a great job on my 2001 Volvo. He thought that I needed a new motor for my broken driver window & I had agreed to pay the cost. But, turned out to be a loose connection. I appreciate his honesty. His routine service includes checking the air in all tires including the spare. I think that is great! Last year, when I got a flat, my spare was also flat, because it had no air.
