I brought my car in at 9 am. They set me up with their loaner and called me by 9:40 to tell me what the problem was and had the work done at noon. Great overall experience - would definitely recommend.
They charge a reasonable price, but only for what you need. If you ask them to check something out, they will and tell you that it is fine (if it is), and not use your request as justification for a costly and unnecessary replacement.
