Great service as expected from such a reputable place! I came to Richter's on recommendation from other family members and was highly impressed. Not only were they able to address my problem right away, but they did it at a great price point. Walking in I felt that I had been there before a hundred times. I will be coming back for my other repair and service needs. I also know the guys there love Mopar! I have confidence my jobs will always be done right!

I’ve been to Richter’s 2 or 3 times with my 2001 Saturn - both times after having problems. I actually found out about them thru AAA. I looked them up and they got great reviews. I live in Paramus so they’re 5 mins from me. I’ve been very happy with the service. Everyone is SO nice and very accommodating. I’ve dealt with Chris twice and he’s been terrific. He calls - sometimes more than once a day - to let me know what’s going on or to ask questions In an attempt tos love the problem. They’re not quick to fix something that may or may not be the problem. I think their prices are definitely fair and much better than a dealership. Oh, and they’re not condescending to women - which is much appreciated! I’m SO glad I found them.
