Great customer service. My tire blew on the highway, and I called them in tears and they were so kind on the phone and instantly made me feel better. They told me to drive over right away and they would help me no matter what. They told me I was the main priority at any time I could get there and to take my time and be safe and that I would be ok. I got there safe, and I had no wait time and was able to walk right in. I must have sat only 10 minutes before they came out and told me that I was all set and that I would be able to get home safe. They also made sure my breaks and tires were safe before again letting me leave. I paid what I thought was not a lot for how kind they were and how they treated me so I left a tip for the whole place and paid my fee. I even sent all this to my friends so they would know of a great place since it is so hard to find. It’s a smaller shop so you can definitely get to know the people and who you are dealing with. I will definitely go back there and I would not have made it home without them. Dave was the guy on the phone and he really made me feel safe and that it would be ok. This was a horrible day with my car and they made it 100% better.

Fantastic Service This Garage got me out of a pinch. I am a traveling salesman. I was out of town and out of state. While visiting a construction site. I had a tire compromised. So I pulled over and changed my tire. Shortly after, another tire gave way. Again, it must have been from the construction site. It was late on a Thursday night (4:30pm). Fearing I would be stranded from my family and home, over the weekend. I call Richter’s. They were very accommodating. Dave at the front desk was able to source tires out and have them in the next morning. He called the next morning. Letting me know the tires were in and my car was in the shop. Before I knew it. I was off and running. A great experience to what could have been a nightmare. Thank you, Richter’s. Your the best. Nate
