I brought my explorer in for a couple different services. Dave discovered an issue with my brake pedal that I wasn't even aware of. He has such an expertise in what he does! He takes the time to explain all details of work needed and done. I highly recommend Richter's to anyone needing vehicle service. Richters always does a great job at a reasonable price. Today I brought my car in for several services and while on the rack for a tire rotation, Paul pointed out that the rear brakes needed to be replaced which I thought might be necessary. I appreciate the attention to detail.
