Uneven wear due to mechanical issues, which can include: feathered tread rim edges, cupping, diagonal wear, misalignment, worn or loose bearings Failed or improper tire repair Ozone cracking to the tire(s) Bead damage or improper mounting of a tire or wheel The above list includes a few of the general specific items that could cause issues. Some tire manufacturers have a road hazard warranty on some of their tires. For additional information on warranties, please refer to the manufacturer website for the specific tire or wheel brand. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.
